Terms for using HealthShaper Hub: educational use only, no personal advice, calculators that give estimates, how you may reuse our work, and liability limits.

Accepting these terms

By using healthshaperhub.com (the “site”), you agree to these Terms of Use, including our financial and risk disclaimer. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Our privacy policy explains how data is handled. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean the operator of HealthShaper Hub.

Educational purpose

HealthShaper Hub publishes general educational content about crypto portfolio health: how costs, risk and security work, and how to measure them. The content isn’t tailored to anyone’s circumstances. Examples use hypothetical prices and amounts and are not forecasts.

No advice

Nothing on the site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset or to use any service. We are not a broker, exchange or adviser, and using the site doesn’t create a client or other professional relationship with us. Rules vary by country, so for decisions about your own situation, check with a qualified professional.

Calculator accuracy and limitations

Our calculators apply the formulas described on each tool page to the numbers you enter. We verify the math with code, but we can’t promise that every result is error-free. Keep in mind that:

  • results are estimates that depend on your inputs and on each tool’s stated assumptions
  • the tools don’t know live prices, fees, network conditions or your tax position
  • rounding can cause small differences from your exchange’s or wallet’s figures
  • a score or risk rating is a rough signal, not a verdict or advice

Confirm important numbers with your platform’s records and current fee schedules before relying on them. If you think a calculator is wrong, please contact us.

Intellectual property

Unless noted otherwise, the articles, calculators, code, graphics and design of the site are provided by the operator of HealthShaper Hub, who reserves all rights in them to the extent the law allows. You may:

  • read, print and save pages for personal, non-commercial use
  • share links to any page
  • quote short excerpts with clear credit and a link to the original page

You may not republish whole articles, copy the calculators or their code into another website or app, or present our work as your own without written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners, and mentioning them doesn’t imply any affiliation or endorsement.

Acceptable use

When you use the site, you agree not to:

  • break any law, or use the site to help anyone else do so
  • try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems that host it
  • copy content in bulk with automated tools without our permission
  • impersonate HealthShaper Hub or use its name to promote any product, service or investment scheme
  • send us malware, spam or abusive messages

Our articles link to outside sources, such as regulators and official documentation, so you can check facts yourself. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We also don’t promise that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Crypto facts, fees and rules change quickly, so content can become outdated even after its last review.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator of HealthShaper Hub is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, your inability to use it, or your reliance on its content or calculator results. This includes trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data and indirect or consequential losses. You remain responsible for your own financial decisions.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded by agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the revised terms.
