What we can help with

• Ideas for new guides or tools
• Personal data requests under our privacy policy

What we can’t help with

We can’t give personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and we can’t assess a specific coin, token or platform for you.

Warning: Be wary of anyone offering to get lost crypto back, especially for an upfront fee. So-called recovery services are a known follow-up scam that targets people who have already lost money. Our guide to crypto recovery scams explains the red flags.

We will never ask for your recovery phrase, private keys, passwords or remote access to your device. Never include them in any email.

When to expect a reply

We aim to reply within a few business days, and error reports come first. Requests for advice or recovery help may get only a brief reply pointing to the guides above.

Report an error

To help us check a problem quickly, include:

• the page address
• the sentence, number or result you think is wrong
• a source for the correction, if you have one
• for calculators, the inputs you entered and the result you expected

We check every report against primary sources and fix confirmed errors. Our editorial policy explains how corrections work.
